  • 1 Frying Pan
  • 1 Pressure Cooker
  • 1 Spatula (kalchi)
  • 1 Mixer Grinder
  • 1 Grater
  • 1 Big Container


  • 1/4 cup Frozen Peas (Frozen Matar)
  • 1/4 cup Rice Flakes(Poha)
  • 2 tbsp Coriander(Fresh dhaniya Patta)
  • 10-12 Mint Leaves (Pudina Ka Patta)
  • 1/2 tsp Yellow Chilly Powder (Mirch Powder)
  • 1/4 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1/4 tsp Black Salt (Kala Namak)
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder(Golmirch Powder)
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder(Dhaniya Powder)
  • 1/2 tsp Red chilly Powder (Kashmiri Mirch Powder)
  • 1/2 tsp Chat Masala
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin Powder (Jeera Powder)
  • 10-11 cloves Garlic (Lahsan)
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 tbsp Water
  • 6 small Potato (Aloo)
  • Oil (Tel)
  • 2 Onion
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Tomato Ketchup (Red Sauce)
  • 1/2 tbsp Smoked Paprika Powder/Kashmiri Mirch Powder
  • 1 tsp Herbs (Optional)
  • 6 tbsp Plain Flour(Maida)
  • 6 tbsp Corn Starch(Corn Flour)
  • 2 cups Breadcrumbs
  • 6 Burger Buns


  • Soak the Frozen peas in water for 15-20 mins. (Frozen matar ko pani me 15-20 min bhigo le)
  • Take a mixer grinder jar. (Mixer Jar lena hai)
  • Add 2tbsp of coriander leaves, 10-12 mint leaves, 1/2 tsp of yellow chilly powder,1/4 tsp of garam masala 1/4 black salt, 1/2 pepper powder, 1 tsp of coriander powder, 1/2 tsp of red chilly powder,1/2 tsp of chat masala, 1/4 tsp of cumin powder, about 10-11 garlic cloves, 1 tsp of lemon juice and add some water and make a paste. ( Ek jar me 2 tbsp dhaniya patta, 10-12 pudina ka patta, 1/2 tsp mirch powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1/4 tsp kaala namak, 1/2 tsp golmirch powder, 1 tsp dhaniya powder, 1/2 tsp kashmiri laal mirch, 1/2 tsp chat masala, 1/4 tsp jeera powder, 10-11 lahsan ki kaliyan,1 tsp nimbu ka ras le kar uska ek paste bana le pani daal kar.)
  • We"ll prepare the base for the tikki at the same time. (Humlog tikki ka base bhi saath hi saath bana rahe)
  • Meanwhile wash out the rice flakes properly and let it rest for 5 good mins. ( Poha ko achhe se dho le aur usko 5 min ese hi chhor de)
  • Boil 6 medium sized potatoes for the tikki. (Tikki banane ke liye 6 medium size ki aloo ubaal le)
  • Do not over cook the potatoes. (Aloo ko bohot jyada boil nahi karna hota hai)
  • Peel off the potatoes and grate them properly. (Aloo ko chil kar usko grate kar le)
  • Now we'll prepare the Masala for the tikki. ( Ab hame tikki ka masala tayyar karni hai)
  • Heat a pan and add 2 tbsp of oil to it. (Pan me 2 tbsp tel daal kar usko garam kar le)
  • Add the paste that we made earlier to the oil. ( Jo paste humne pehle banaya tha usko tel me daal de)
  • Add the peas to the masala instantly. (Masala dalte hi usme matar bhi daal de)
  • Add salt as per your taste the the masala. (Masale me apne anusar namak daal de)
  • Cook the masala until the peas turns soft and mushy. ( Masale ko tab tak bhune jab tak matar halka naram ho jaye)
  • Add rice flakes after the masala becomes dry. ( Masala jab sukh jaye to usme poha daal de)
  • Cook it for a couple of mins until it gets mixed up properly. ( Masale ko tab tak pakaye jab tak poha uske saath acche se mixe na ho jaye)
  • Mash the masala in the pan itself so that the peas mix up a little. (Masale ko pan me hi mash kar le taaki matar halka sa mil jaye)
  • Turn off the flame and put the masala into a container. (Gas band kar le aur masale ko ek container me daal de)
  • Add the boiled potatoes the masala and mix them properly. ( Uble hue aloo ko masale me daal de aur usko achhe se mix kar le)
  • Keep the Masala into the fridge for 15 mins so that the flavour can completely migle up. (Masale ko 15 min ke liye fridge me daal de taaki flavour achhe se mix ho jaye)
  • Simultaneously chop some onions and add some ice cubes, water and about 1 tbsp of vinegar to it. ( Thode pyaz kaat le aur usme ice cubes, paani aur 1 tbsp vinegar daal de)
  • Keep the onion prepared into the fridge for 10-15 mins. ( Jo pyaz hamne abhi prepare kiya usse 10-15 min ke liye fridge me daal kar chhor de)
  • Now we gonna prepare the sauce for the burger. (Ab humlog burger ke liye sauce bana lenge)
  • Take 1/2 cup of mayonnaise and add about 2 tbsp of tomato ketchup, 1/2 tsp paprika powder/ kashmiri red chilly powder to it and mix it together. ( Sauce banane ke liye 1/2 cup mayonnaise le aur usme 2 tbsp tomato sauce aur 1/2 tsp parprika powder/ kashmiri laal mirch daal dijiye)
  • Now to make the even more better you can add herbs to it. (Sauce ko aur behtar banane ke liye aap usme herbs bhi add kar sakte ho)
  • Now for making the tikki crispy we gonna prepare the batter. ( Tikki ko crispy banane ke liye hume batter bana leni hai)
  • Take 6 tbsp of plain flour, 4 tbsp of corn starch, add some salt and water to it to make the batter lumb free. (Batter banane ke liye hume 6 tbsp maida, 4 tbsp corn flour le leni hai aur usme namak aur paani daal kar batter bana leni hai)
  • Let's prepare the crispy tikkis. ( Humlog crispy tikkis bana lenge)
  • Take small balls of potatoes and flatten it to make tikki. (Aloo ke chhote chhote balls le kar usko flat karke tikki bana le)
  • Dip the tikki into the batter and cover it properly. (Tikki ko batter me daal kar usko achhe se cover kar le)
  • Take a good amount of breadcrumbs into a big container. ( Ek bare conatiner me breadcrumbs le lenge)
  • Heat a pan with oil itto it for fring the tikkis. (Ek pan me tel daal kar usko garam kar le )
  • Add the tikkis to the oil and fry it properly until it turns out to be crispy. ( Pan me tikki ko daal kar usko achhe se crispy hone tak fry kar le)
  • Once the tikkis gets fried we'll prepare the burger bun. ( Ek baar tikkiyaan ban jaye uske baad hume burger bun tayyar karni hai)
  • Cut the buns from between and toast it on pan. ( Buns ko beech se kaat le aur usko halka toast kar lo)
  • Now we'll move on to the last step of preparing burgers. ( Ab humlog burger banane ke last step pe jayenge)
  • Take a burger bun and add prepared sauce to one of the bun, after that place the tikki on to it and put the onions slices to it and now we'll put the bottom bun on to the tikki. (Ek burger bun le lo aur uspe wo sauce add kar do jo humne prepare kara uske upar se onione slice daal do and then tikki rakh kar botton bun rakh do)
