This recipe is the combo of khoya filled balls of suji with milk.

Equipment

  • 1 Frying Pan (Kadahi)
  • 2 Container for boiling milk (tasla)
  • 3 Spatula (kalchi)

Ingredients
  

  • 1L Milk (Dudh)
  • 250g Granulated Wheat (Suji)
  • 200g Khoya
  • 1 tsp Cardamom Powder (Elaichi Powder)
  • 200g Sugar (Chini)
  • 1 tsp Ghee
  • 2 cups Water

Instructions
 

  • Put 2 cups of Water for boiling. (2 cup paani pateele me ubalne ke liye chadhaye)
  • Pour 1 tsp of Ghee into the water. (1 chhoti chammach ghee pani me dale)
  • Put the granulated wheat into the boiling water and mix it with spatula. (Ubalte hue paani me suji daal de aur uski kalchi se chalaye)
  • Now turn off the flame and prepare a dough of it. ( Flame band kar de aur suji to aata ke jaise guth le)
  • Simultaneously heat the frying pan for preparing khoya. ( Ussi ke saath saath kadahi ko garam karne ke liye chadha de )
  • Put 200 gm khoya into the frying pan and mix it with spatula. (200 gm khoya ko kadahi me daal kar kalchi se chalte rahe)
  • Add 100 gm of sugar to the khoya in the process of frying. (100 gm chini daliye khoya me aur usko chalate rahiye)
  • Keep frying until the khoya changes it colour to light brown (hardly 5-7 mins). (Khoya ko tab tak fry kijiye jab tak wo halka brown colour ka ho jaye, ye karne me 5-7 min lag jate hain)
  • Prepare small balls of the dough similar as the balls of chappatis. (Suji ke aate ki chhoti chhoti balls bana le jaise roti ke liye banaye jate hain)
  • Fill the khoya into the balls and enclose it properly. (Saare balls me khoya bhar de aur usko achhe se band kare taaki wo fate na)
  • Keep the milk for boiling into the container. (Pateele me paani boil karne ke liye chadha de)
  • Once the milk gets boiled add the balls to it. (Dudh jab acche se ubal jaye to usme suji ke balls daal dijiye)
  • Keep the gas turned on till the 1st boil. ( 1 ubal aane tak boil kijiye)
  • Add 100gm sugar to it after turning off the flame. (100gm chini mila de dudh me gas band karne ke baad)
  • Now turn off the flame and your Healthy nd Tasty khoya ka pitha is ready to eat. (Gas band kar de aur ab ye khane ke liye bilkul tayyar hai)
